That means we want you to be completely satisfied
with every purchase. If a problem exists, we'll do whatever it
takes for you to be satisfied or we will gladly refund your money.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange it or
you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price of the
productif it is found to be defective.
All products returned for a refund must be in
new, unused condition.
30 Day Warranty
We warranty all merchandise "free from
manufacturer defects" for 30 days from the date you receive your
purchase. If your new product is defective we will replace
it!
Returns
All returns must be initiated within
5 days of receiving item(s). Please call or email us for a
Return Authorization Number. Provide your invoice number and
the date of purchase. All items returned after the "5 day" period,
will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not
refundable.
Exchanges
All exchanges must be initiated
within 30 days of purchase. Please call or email us for a Return
Authorization Number. Provide your invoice number and the date
of purchase. On exchanges for defective items, we will refund the
return shipping charges. On exchanges for other reasons, shipping
is not refundable
